Our Story
2EM Interior Architecture & Furniture is an interior architecture and custom furniture manufacturing company based in Bağcılar, Istanbul. We prepare interior architecture projects for homes, villas, offices, stores, showrooms, restaurants and cafés, manufacture furniture in our own workshop, and install it on site.
This brand was founded together by co-founders Emre Gökbayrak and Yunus Emre Önder. We both made it a principle to keep architectural design and workshop production under the same roof on every project: the team that draws a space's concept is the same team that manufactures its furniture.
This approach eliminates the gap between design and execution on projects of every scale, from residences and villas to commercial spaces such as hotels, stores and offices. A decision made at the architectural drawing stage never gets reinterpreted at the production stage, because the same team follows the process from start to finish.
Interior Architecture Design & Planning
Good design starts with understanding the space and the people who will use it. We take measurements of your space and prepare layout plans suited to its purpose. We decide on colors, materials and furniture details together with you.
We present the project we prepare with three-dimensional visuals. This way, before construction begins, you can review how the space will look and finalize the design together with us.
2EM Bağcılar Manufacturing Workshop
In our workshop we combine CNC technology with traditional joinery techniques; all wood and lacquer production is carried out in-house without intermediaries, and marble countertops and cladding are included in the project. We visualize the project in 3D and get the customer's approval before production begins, so there are no surprises during manufacturing.
Custom Furniture Production in Our Own Workshop
We design and manufacture your furniture according to your space's dimensions and usage habits. Our production includes:

We think about a cabinet's interior layout, shelf spacing, door opening mechanisms and storage capacity as much as its exterior look. We choose materials and hardware based on your usage needs and budget.
We Move Forward Together From Design to Installation
Being both an interior architecture firm and a furniture manufacturer allows us to run the design and production processes together. We prepare the production details of the project we design, follow its manufacturing in the workshop, and carry out its on-site installation.
While comfort, storage and everyday use come first in homes, in commercial spaces we also take workflow, customer experience and brand identity into account. We define the scope of the interior architecture application from the start, based on each project's needs.
